This two bedroom/two bathroom apartment is located in the grass floor of a south exposed villa in Vence, Alpes Maritimes.
This kind of accommodation sleeps 4 people and is readily available for each week (from saturday to saturday) or monthly rentals during the year. Each room faces south and the garden.
The living room is fitted with a convertible sofa bed, a lounge table, two armchairs and a bookshelf. Right now there is a TV with Auto dvd player. A French door brings about the terrace. Outdoor dining can be done on the terrace.
The open kitchen is equipped with a tiny electric oven, four gas burners with extractor cover, a refrigerator, a coffee brewer. Generally there is a dining desk seating 4.
Next to the kitchen is the master bedroom with a window facing south. Bed is furnished with a princess or queen size bed and two trunks.
There is an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bath, a huge integrated closet (shelves and wardrobe) and a rest room. It is equipped with a washing machine
The second bedroom is next to living room and has a window that looks onto your garden as well. There are two single beds that can be changed into a queen bed, an upper body of drawers and a shelve.
The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a WC.

The house is located 3 kilom? tres from the village (5 mn drive and 40 mn walk). You stay will be easier if you have an automobile.

Vence "City of Art", is a lovely town being placed in the fresh air of the hills only a few kilometers from Nice (21 km) and Antibes (20 km). Inside the ancient town (inside the walls) there are terrace caf? s on the area Craigslist? menceau, with a view of the beautifully embellished church and the activity of this busy pillow. Outside the walls, near to the Porte de Peyra, the terrace caf? s under the plane trees facing the spot du Grand Jardin are good for sitting and watching even more activity. Vence is a market town for centuries, and the core of the foodstuff market is along the very narrow rue du Drive? inside the walls. Heading west Saint-Tropez, Aix en Provence, Bandol and the Island of Bendor are about an hour and half away. Going east, Monte Carlo is about 40 minutes away. The Italian border is forty five minutes drive away. Convenient driving not much more than an hour to Ventimiglia, Boghdera and San Remo. Portofino is about a 2 hour drive. Both Milan and Turin about 3 hours. Florencia is about 4 several hours.
